LaKisha Greenwade refers to herself as #JustAKidFromAkron who resides in Baltimore, MD. Professionally, she is known as a business and leadership coach with a branded flair for style and innovation. She is the founder of Lucki Fit LLC, the Glam Retreat for leaders and influencers, and Glam Tech wearable tech expo. She also served as associate producer for the Wax Lovers Playlist film that was written, directed, and produced by women.

A Buckeye until the day she dies, LaKisha represents as an alumna of The Ohio State University. There she received the prestigious Leadership Award from former University President Karen Holbrook and was recognized as a Buckeye Alumni Under 40 honoree in 2016. That same year, she was honored as a Baltimore Business Journal 40 Under 40 Honoree.

LaKisha also attended Johns Hopkins University and received her MBA from University of Maryland Smith School of Business.
