Philip Fraterrigo is a resident of the Buffalo/Western New York area of the USA. He holds a B.A. in History from the University of Buffalo and was employed as a Technical Service Representative by the the IBM Corporation for thirty years. He began writing shortly before his retirement in 2009 and currently has written two novels and two collections of short stories.
