Reduce Your Anxiety With Your "7-Day Anxiety Challenge"

Why are you reading this? Because:

- You worry excessively of impending doom and may even be turning to drugs to cope.

- You have trouble concentrating and sleeping by everything that bothers you.

- You experience occasional breathing problems like having a panic attack.

- You feel constant shakiness and tension over your body unable to relax.

- You are drained of energy all the time from stress and negativity.

Anxiety disorder is a serious issue. If you suffer from anxiety, there’s a good chance that you’ve taken some serious—financial and otherwise—steps to get rid of it entirely; failure to face anxiety head-on will result in a life dictated by the disorder.

However, you’re also probably upset with the effectiveness and long-term viability of prior anxiety treatment. Medication helps, but can be ineffective, can have undesirable side effects, and can be expensive. Therapy is useful, but is also expensive and only available, at most, for a couple of hours per week.

To truly minimize, repair, and ultimately eliminate the disorder, one will need to target anxiety at its base rather than treat its symptoms. Covering a unique pragmatic approach to the anxiety-treatment process, the "7-Day Anxiety Challenge" offers readers with an unprecedented amount of assistance, including:

- Helpful, real-time coping mechanisms to help deal with anxiety when it’s encountered on the onset

- Full-fledged reinvented style of thinking, which prevents the formation of new sources of anxiety disorder

- Nutritional support and physical exercises which will also help to reduce both stress and anxiety in the long term

Anyone looking for simple and effective ways to handle and overcome anxiety, shouldn't pass up on the "7-Day Anxiety Challenge." In just seven days, the disorder will be greatly reduced—if not eliminated—and when an attack does present itself, you will have the tools—and training—to safely and effectively deal with it.

Taking up on the "7-Day Anxiety Challenge" will provide you the answers to the annoyance and frustration of this disorder once and for all.

Do you accept your challenge or not? Don't let anxiety stop you anymore in life.

Reviewed by Rosie Malezer for Readers' Favorite The self help guide, 7-Day Anxiety Challenge: Reduce Your Anxiety in 7 Days, is a Challenge Self publication. Those who suffer from one or more of the many forms of anxiety are addressed in this how-to guide, which outlines the clear advantages of trying to conquer your anxiety without the use of antidepressant medication, and steering you towards a more holistic approach to managing the crippling effects of an anxiety attack. Meditation, yoga, herbal teas, diet and more are investigated as you retrain your brain in how it relates to things, rather than resorting to being a ‘slave’ to the pharmaceutical companies, which reap billions of profit from your diagnosis. This guide gives you a one week trial period in a more cost effective way of taking back your life and owning it once more. Although geared towards American audiences (in the use of American-based holidays and films as examples throughout), 7-Day Anxiety Challenge would ideally benefit people worldwide. As a sufferer of Agoraphobia with Panic Disorder, PTSD, Depression and more, I am all-too-familiar with the terror, breathlessness, and the dizzying sweats which strike when you least expect it, whether it be in a public or private setting. Reading through Challenge Self’s detailed guide on how to keep the panic at bay was an interesting experience all on its own, daring me to look deep within myself, all while trying to control the feelings of panic which threaten to jump out and unleash themselves on an unsuspecting crowd. I found one part of the book to be a personal trigger (as it uses a spider as an example, thrusting my inner demon to leap into my tidal wave of panic called arachnophobia), but learning to deal with those things which cause the panic is the key ingredient in unlocking the secrets of why it sends you into such a tailspin at the drop of a hat. I found 7-Day Anxiety Challenge to be insightful, well-written, and recommend it to readers of all ages worldwide who suffer from the crippling effects which anxiety can bring.
