This book helps a person to take care of themselves better. It explores some emotional stuff, but doesn't go too deep. Give it a try if you found the book '7 Simple Steps to Unclutter Your Home, (by Donna Smallin) helpful. I really enjoyed it. I hope she writes some more books.
