About the Author
Gilbert S Mane studied and taught meditation, self-awareness and mindfulness techniques for over forty years.
He first trained and worked as a lawyer. Then, for nearly thirty years, he was the Headmaster of one of Australia’s most academically successful primary schools. He continued to guide adults, and also introduced mindfulness techniques to children.
7 Steps to Freedom is a distillation of the decades he has spent deepening his own access to self-awareness and guiding others as well.
