Easy-to-follow, progressive training program designed to take you from your current fitness level to being able to complete 100 consecutive push-ups in just seven weeks. The beauty of the plan is its simplicity; the workouts are easy to follow and no special training tools are required. Push-ups can be performed no matter where you are and, best of all, they are completely free. Love the random snippets of push-up trivia scattered throughout the book!

I thought it was horse sh@t because its seems to good to be true but now im in the middle of week three and this morning just got 101 push ups in straight. Now since i have so much time left i was to push my body to the limits now. My numbers up to this point are max 70-82-81-86-88-83-92-(101) today.......

A great book that breaks down how to take yourself from any level to 100 continuous pushups in just a matter of weeks. A deceptively simple program that really works...if you put the work in. Well worth the price and the effort if you want to see yourself transformed. I was amazed at my progress and how much better (toned) I look and feel.
