Many of these prinicples are incorporated into other books and resources, including the twelve-step anonymous programs. However, Cloud organizes and illustrates the material so well that it is fresh and helps the reader understand his concept and how to apply it. It has changed the way I think, act and react, and I am grateful that I stumbled across it. While it is based on Christian prinicples and occasionally quotes scripture, it does not preach and is applicable and valuable for people of all faiths. (I am Jewish.) If you are looking for a self-help book that will help you overhaul your life, I recommend this one.

Very difficult and boring book. Authors' points were nothing but common sense life applications. Could not finish the book.
