About the Author

Dawaine Cassidy is a husband and a father who has learned through the support of a loving family to balance his personal life and his profession. This has brought him so much personal strength and desire to share the knowledge that he has gained. He has developed and managed a technical training program at Universal Studios Orlando (Universal). He was with Universal for 16 years. He started out as an order picker in the their offsite warehouse and worked and networked his way to his last assignment which was overseeing and developing the technical training program for the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universals Islands Of Adventure theme park. He is a graduate student with a Master's Degree in Business Administration, and Human Resources Management. His desire is to share his knowledge that he has gained with the hope that it may help those that are striving to accomplish their goals and overcome any opposition they may face. He believes if we apply what we learn from our challenges he will be strengthened and future success will be ours.

Jason Hagey believes we are all much more likely to act our way into a new way of thinking than to think our way into a new way of acting. He has 15+ years of management and consulting experience developing or nurturing cultures for positive, continuous, quality improvements. Jason is passionate about the potential of the individual and the organizations in which they work. Having worked in numerous industries and with businesses in all phases of the business cycle, he uniquely understands business operations, training, and management at many levels.
