A Dashing Christmas is a sweet and flirty romance with HART.
Book one of the Evergreen Valley Series features Gracie Halliday and Dash Kincaid in a heart-warming romance filled with the magical promise of a second chance romance between a hunky firefighter and his once high school sweetheart.
In A DASHING CHRISTMAS:
It's easy to forget tinsel, Christmas trees, and presents when miles of bullet points and paint swatches keep Gracie Halliday occupied, and that's just fine by her. With Christmas right around the corner, remodeling her grandmother's B&B in Evergreen Valley should do the trick. Fate, or a very nosy guardian angel, has other plans. When her car skids out of control and takes out the Fire Chief's Santa sleigh her scroogy plans come unwrapped when her hunky rescuer woos her with horse-drawn sleigh rides and threatens to revive her lost Christmas spirit.
Dash Kincaid once craved the adrenaline rush that came with being a hotshot, but after witnessing the death of his twin brother to the wildfires of California, he can’t bear the thought of putting his family through that kind of pain again. Not until a chance encounter with a cast iron skillet one wintry morning and the woman wielding it does he think life may not be so bad after all. When a few stolen kisses and teasing glances turn to something holiday movies are made of, Dash soon discovers there’s nothing he won’t do to see her smile for him.
Bullet points, love, and hot mistletoe kisses don’t always mix. Is it the magic of Christmas or can both Dash and Gracie find a happily ever after in Evergreen Valley once the lights come down?

Most Helpful Customer Reviews
I feel like I just read a Hallmark movie. It’s sweet and loving and filled with all of the emotion and magic of the holiday season. I love second-chance romances and Gracie and Dash deserve that chance so much. Gracie’s life has taken an unexpected turn for the worst. And when she thinks she’s going to be left alone to lick her wounds, she’s suddenly handling their family business by herself. This is so well written, I felt every ounce of Gracie’s stress. And every time she pushed Dash away, I cried for the pair of them. Dash tackles Gracie’s reluctance in true Hollywood leading man style; full of charm and heroics. Chipping away at the walls she’s built and showing her that plans can change. I loved watching how everyone around them pulled together to make Christmas miracles happen. I almost want to move to Evergreen myself. And I’m desperate to read more about the Halliday family and the rest of the crazy town residents. I received a complimentary copy of this book.
