I read selections from this book each nigth before I right before I go to sleep and I feel good about myself and the world around me. I have give copies to severl of my friends without comment from me, their reaction after reading from the are much the same as mine. They feel enriched and gratful for the blessings in their life.

Anytime I need a "pick me up" I read a page or two. I love to give it as a gift when a person has gone through a difficult time. Also beautifully illustrated.

Sometimes you just to remind yourself to be happy. I even like the happy colorful book so even just looking at the cover helps me when I'm feeling sad.
