About the Author

Yuchi Yang has been a registered dietitian for more than twenty years. She is a graduate in Nutrition from Taipei Medical University and holds a master degree from the University of Connecticut in Nutritional Science. She had her nutrition internship at the University of California, Los Angeles and Children’s Hospital, Los Angeles. Yuchi Yang, RD enjoys working with people to address their nutritional concerns and questions. She had worked as a clinical dietitian at Children's Hospital, Los Angeles and at Gouverneur Hospital in New York City providing nutrition counseling on a wide range of medical diagnoses. Since 2011, Yuchi Yang, RD has been providing nutrition counseling in Issaquah, Washington serving the Greater Seattle Area.
