Overview

Is there any real purpose to our existence? Where will we go when we die, if anywhere? Will we be remembered by anyone? Will we be back for another go-around?

I imagine most people ask themselves these questions at some point in their lives. When we are in the autumn of our lives, however, we contemplate and debate these issues on a nearly daily basis. Yet in reality, doesn't everybody want the answer to the question: Who am I, and what the **** am I doing here?

This is a tale of eternal love. Yes indeed it is! In this story we observe life as it follows a succession of seemingly random events, tender-loving moments, inspirational actions, heartbreaking tragedies, and stirring triumphs. The ups and downs of the story are interwoven with a lot of mostly off-color, crude and raunchy humor, which should put one on an emotional rollercoaster ride from beginning to end.

The reader will be laughing and crying alternately from moment to moment until one possible alternative in regard the purpose to our existence, or the lack thereof, is ultimately revealed in a very contemporary fashion.

An entertaining and thought provoking novel that, in a very subtle manner, makes one ponder the notion that perhaps we shouldn't take ourselves, or our lives, so seriously.

About the Author

Frank McNeice is a Viet Nam war veteran. He spent most of his working life as a salesman; however, as an investor, he had the good fortune to be in the right place at the right time on a few occasions, and he was able to retire in 1992 at the age of 46. He has spent the last 21 years traveling the world visiting over 50 countries. During his travels he has been witness to some insanely hilarious, wildly provocative and at times, extremely dangerous situations.

In 1998, at the age of 52, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT. He learned to speak 'nearly-fluent' Spanish while living in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2003 - 2004.

He writes from a perspective of one who has seen the world 'up close and personal' as opposed to on the National Geographic Channel or Google Earth, etc. In addition, these experiences have given him a unique and curious perception of life, the purpose, or lack thereof, for our existence and the possible alternatives.
