Chapter One

Baked Noodles with Shrimp

Step 1

Soft 1 bag of dry Noodle first then lay the Noodle on a Pan and adds 2 tbsp of oil to bake for 20 min or until both side are brown. (With med temp)

(Or add the Noodle into a Pan with 2 tbsp of Oil to cook until both side are brown. (With med temp)

Step 2

Ingredients Oil Shrimp shelling Calamari Wood ear Cauliflowers Broccoli Soy sauce Salt Water Corn starch

Prepare 2 tbsp 20 pieces mix with pinch of Pepper powder and 1 tbsp of Corn starch. pieces 10 pieces 10 pieces 10 pieces 2 tsp 1 tsp 1/2 cup 2 tsp mix with 6 tsp of water.

Procedure

1. Add into a Pan.

2. Add into the Pan.

3. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

4. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

5. Add into the Pan.

6. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

7. Add into the Pan.

8. Add into the Pan and mix well.

9. Add into the Pan and boil for 1 min.

10. Add into the pan slowly and stir fast.

Step 3. Lay the baked Noodle on a plate and add the cooked food on top the noodle.

Beef Spaghetti

Ingredients Oil Onion Ground Beef Salt Tomato paste Spaghetti (any kind)

Prepare 2 tbsp 1, chop 1 lb, mix with 2 tsp of Pepper and 2 tbsp darkSoy sauce. 1 tsp 1 can (156 ml), mix with 2 can of water. 1 lb, add into boil water to cook 10 min.

Procedure

1. Add into a Pan.

2. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

3. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

4. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

5. Add into the Pan and stir for 2 min.

6. Take Spaghetti to the sever plate and add cooked Sauce on top of the Spaghetti.

Beef Meat Ball

Ingredients: Oil Ground Beef Dark Soy sauce Salt Water Sugar

Prepare: 1 cup 1 lb mix with 3 tsp of Pepper, 3 tbsp of dark Soy sauce and 1 tsp of salt, make 10-12 Meet ball. 2 tsp 1 tsp 1 cup 2 tsp

Procedure

1. Add into a Pan and warm the Oil.

2. Add into the Pan and fry both side 2 min, then pull out of Oil.

3. Add into the Pan.

4. Add into the Pan.

5. Add into the Pan and boil for 10 min.

6. Add into the Pan and mix with all for 1 min.

Beef with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients: Oil Onion Beef Cook liquor Water Salt Tomato paste Snow peas Mushroom Ice cream

Prepare: 3 tbsp 1, cut slices. 2 lb, cut square. 2 tbsp 2 cup. 1 tsp 1 can (150ml) 1 cup 10, cut pieces 1 scup

Procedure:

1. Add into a Pan.

2. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

3. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

4. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

5. Add into the Pan and use low temp to boil cook for 45 min.

6. Add into the Pan.

7. Add into the Pan and use low temp to boil cook for 30 min.

8. Add into the Pan.

9. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

10. Add on top the cooked meat. (Optional)

Chicken with Chestnuts

Ingredients Chicken drumstick Cook liquors Dark Soy sauce Salt Water Chestnuts (frozen) Sugar

Prepare 6. cut half 2 tsp 2 tbsp 1 tsp 1/2 cup 1 bag (400g) 2 tsp

Procedure

1. Add into a Pan.

2. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

3. Add into the Pan and mix for 1 min.

4. Add into the Pan.

5. Add into the Pan and use low temp to boil cook for 20 min.

6. Add into the Pan and boil for 5 min.

7. Add into the Pan and mix with all.

Chicken Slices with Bean Sprouts

Ingredients Oil Chicken slices Bean sprouts Green pepper Carrots or Pepper Salt

Prepare 2 tsp 1 cup mix with pinch of Pepper, 2 tsp Soy sauce and 1 tsp of Corn starch. 1 lb 1, cut slices 1, cut slices 1 tsp

Procedure

1. Add into a Pan.

2. Add into the Pan and stir for 1/2 min.

3. Add into the Pan.

4. Add into the Pan.

5. Add into the Pan.

6. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

Tips: This dish is good for make Tortilla; simply add 1 tsp of sweet Soy bean sauce on a rap and some of cooked Bean sprouts.

Chicken Soup with Tofu

Ingredients Chicken soup Soft Tofu Green peas Salt Corn starch Egg Sesame Oil

Prepare 1 can, add 3 cup of water. 1 box. Cut cube 1 cup. 1 tsp. 3 tbsp mix with 6 tbsp of water. 1 scrambled 1 tsp.

Procedure

1. Add into a Pot and boil.

2. Add into the boil soup.

3. Add into the soup.

4. Add into the Soup and boil for 1 min

5. Add into the soup slowly and stir with one direction.

6. Add into the soup slowly and stir with one direction.

7. Add into the boil soup and right to sever.

Chili Tofu with Ground Beef

Ingredients Oil Ground Beef Chili Pepper Dried Mushroom Soft Tofu Green Peas Salt Corn starch

Prepare 2 tsp 1/2 cup, mix with pinch of Pepper and 1 tsp Dark Soy sauce 3 tsp 5, cut pieces. (make it soft first) 1 box, cut cube 1/2 cup 1 tsp 2 tsp, mix with 4 tsp of water.

Procedure

1. Add into a Pan.

2. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

3. Add into the Pan.

4. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

5. Add into the Pan

6. Add into the Pan.

7. Add into the Pan, cover with lids and cook 1 min.

8. Add into the side of Tofu then gently stir 5 times.

(You can use fresh Mushroom instead of Dry Mushroom. )

Chinese Salad

Ingredients Bo Choy Vermicelli Carrots Garlic Salt Vinegar Sesame Oil Citron

Prepare 1 lb, cut slices and mix with 2 tsp of salt 15 min. 150 g, add into boil water for 2 min then rinse with cold water. 1, cut slices. 1/2, chop 1 tsp. 3 tbsp 3 tbsp 10, chop

Procedure

1. Squeeze out the juice and add into a mix bowl.

2. Add drained Vermicelli into the mix bowl.

3. Add into the mix bowl.

4. Add into the mix bowl.

5. Add into the mix bowl.

6. Add into the mix bowl.

7. Add into the mix bowl.

8. Add into the mix bowl and mix with all.

Country Soft Tofu

Ingredients; Oil Ground Pork Soft Tofu Mushroom Green Pears Salt Corn starch

Prepare; 2 tsp 1/2 cup, mix with pinch of Pepper and 1 tsp of Dark Soy sauce 1 box, cut cube 5, cut pieces. 1/2 cup. 1/2 tsp 1 tbsp, mix with 2 tbsp of water.

Procedure;

1. Add into a Pan.

2. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

3. Add into the Pan.

4. Add into the Pan.

5. Add into the Pan.

6. Add into the Pan and cover with lids to cook for 2 min.

7. Add into the Pan slowly and gently stir 5 times.

Delicious Pork Rib

Ingredients: Pork Rib Cook Liquor Dark Soy sauce Salt Water Sugar

Prepare: 2 lb cut pieces 2 tbsp 3 tbsp 1 tsp 1 1/2 cup 2 tsp

Procedure:

1. Add into a Pan.

2. Add into the Pan and cook for 2 min.

3. Add into the Pan and mix with Rib.

4. Add into the Pan and mix with Rib.

5. Add into the Pan and use low temp to boil cook for 30 min.

6. Add into the Pan mix well and cook for 1 min.

Tips: Add Rib into the boil water to boil for 2 min and wash with cold water then star to cook, the Rib will looks better.

Fish Steak with Soy Sauce

Ingredients Oil Ginger Fish Steak (any Fish) Cook liquor Dark Soy Sauce Salt Green onion Water Sugar

Prepare 2 tbsp 8 pieces 2-3 pieces 2 tbsp 2 tbsp 1 tsp 3. cut 3 inch long 1/4 cup 1 tsp

Procedure

1. Add into a Pan.

2. Add into the pan.

3. Add into the Pan to cook both sides for 1 min.

4. Add into the Pan then cover with lid to cook for 1 min.

5. Add into the Pan.

6. Add into the Pan.

7. Add into the Pan.

8. Add into the Pan and cover with lid, use med temp to boil cook for 3 min.

9. Add into the Pan then use a spoon to take the sauce rinse on top of the fish.

Green Onion with Dai Kong

Ingredients; Dai Kong Salt Oil Green Onion Carrots

Prepare; 1/2, cut slices. 3 tbsp 3 tbsp 3 chops 1/2, cut slices

Procedure;

1. Add into a Bowl.

2. Add into the Bowl and mix with Dai Kong for 15 min then squeeze juice out and lay on a plate.

3. Add into a Pan,

4. Add into the Pan stir 10 seconds then rings on the top of the Dai Kong then mix with all.

5. Add into the plate and mix with all. (Optional)

Home Country Tofu

Ingredients; Oil Pork pieces Fried Tofu Dry Mushroom Green Pepper Salt Corn starch

Prepare; 2 tbsp 1/2 cup, mix with pinch of pepper and 1 tsp Dark Soy sauce. 8 cut half 5, cut pieces 1/2, cut pieces 1 tsp 1 tbsp mix with 2 tbsp of water.

Procedure

1. Add into a Pan.

2. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

3. Add into the Pan.

4. Add into the Pan and stir for 2 min.

5. Add into the Pan and stir for 1/2 min.

6. Add into the Pan and stir for 1/2 min. .

7. Add into the Pen then gently stir 5 times.

Lily's Chow Main

Ingredients; Oil Ham Dry Noodle Cabbage Green pears Carrots Oyster sauce

Prepare 6 tsp 1 cup, cut slices 1 bag make soft first. 4 cup of slices. 1 cup 1, cut slices. 1/2 cup.

Procedure;

1. Add into a Pan.

2. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 /2 min.

3. Add into the Pan and stir for 2 min.

4. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

5. Add into the Pan.

6. Add into the Pan.

7. Add into the Pan and mix with all for 1 min.

Soft Dry noodle; Add dry noodle into the 3L of boil water to cook for 3 min.

Mussels with Black Bean

Ingredients Oil Ginger Black Bean Soy sauce Mussels

Prepare 2 tsp 1 root, chop 1/4 cup 2 tbsp 1 lb

Procedure

1. Add into the Pan.

2. Add into the Pan.

3. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

4. Add into the Pan.

5. Add into the Pan to boil for 1 min and rinse the sauce on every Mussel.

Oyster Sauce with Broccoli

Ingredients; Broccoli Oyster sauce Sesame Oil

Prepare; 1lb, cut pieces 4 tsp 2 tsp

Procedure

1. Add into the boil water for 10 seconds then take out the Broccoli rinse with cold water and drain the water.

2. Add into the Broccoli.

3. Add into the Broccoli and mix together.

Pork Steak with Green Onion

Ingredients; Oil Pork Steak Dark Soy sauce Green Onion Salt Water Sugar

Prepare; 2 tsp 4 pieces 1 tbsp 5, cut 3 inches long 1 tbsp 1 cup 1 tbsp

Procedure;

1. Add into a Pen.

2. Add into the Pen and cook both side 2 min.

3. Add into the Pen.

4. Add into the Pen.

5. Add into the Pen.

6. Add into the Pen use low temp to boil cook for 30 min.

7. Add into the Pen and cook 1 min.

Rib with Don Gua Soup

Ingredients Rib Water Don Gua Salt Green Onion

Prepare 2 lb Cut pieces 2 L 2 lb cut pieces 2 tbsp 1, chop

Procedure

1. Add into the Pot cover with water boil for 2 min, then clean it.

2. Add into the Pot with clean Rib; boil for 45 min with med temp.

3. Add into the Pot boil for 15 min.

4. Add into the soup, cover lid on Pot wait 10 min then sever.

5. Add into the soup if you like. (Optional).

Season Color of Fried Tofu

Ingredients: Oil Chicken pieces Fried Tofu Wood Ear Cucumber Green and Orange Pepper Salt Corn starch

Prepare: 2 tbsp 1/2 cup. Mix with pinch of Pepper and 1 tsp of Dark soy sauce. 6, cut pieces. 10 pieces 1, cut pieces. 1/2 each, cut pieces. 1 tsp. 2 tsp mix with 4 tsp of water.

Procedure:

1. Add into a Pan.

2. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

3. Add into the Pan.

4. Add into the Pan and stir for 1min.

5. Add into the Pan.

6. Add into the Pan.

7. Add into the Pan and stir for 1min.

8. Add into the Pan and mix with all.

Soup of Russian Style

Ingredients: Oil Tomato paste Onion Cabbage Potato Water Salt

Prepare: 2 tbsp 1/2 cup 1, cut pieces. 2 cup of pieces. 2 large, cut cube. 8 cup 2 tsp

Procedure:

1. Add into a Pot.

2. Add into the Pot and Stir for 1 min.

3. Add into the Pot and stir for 1 min.

4. Add into the Pot and stir for 1 min.

5. Add into the Pot.

6. Add into the Pot and use low temp to boil for

30 min. .

7. Add into the pot and boil for 1 min.

Soup Shi Hu Lake

Ingredients; Water Ground Beef Salt Corn starch Egg Cilantro

Prepare; 6 cup 1 cup mix with pinch of Pepper and 1 tbsp Dark Soy sauce 1 tsp 1/4 cup mix with 1/2 cup of water. 1 scramble 5, chop small.

Procedure

1. Add into a pot to Boil.

2. Add into the pot and stir for 2 min.

3. Add into the Soup

4. Add into the boil Soup slowly and stir with one direction.

5. Add into the boil Soup slowly and stir with one direction.

6. Add into the Soup and mix with all.

Soup with Corn

Ingredients: Chicken soup Corn Vermicelli Salt Corn starch Egg Sesame Oil

Prepare: 1 can add 4 cup of water. 2 cup 1 cup, cut shot. 1 tsp 1/4 cup mix with 1/2 cup of water. 1 scramble 2 tsp

Procedure:

1. Add into a Pot to Boil.

2. Add into the soup.

3. Add into the soup and boil for 2 min.

4 Add into the soup.

5. Add into the boil soup slowly and stir in one direction.

6. Add into the boil soup slowly and stir in one direction.

7. Add into the boil soup and mix well.

Spring Color of Fish Ball

Ingredients; Oil Wood ear Onion Broccoli Fish Ball Carrots Salt

Steam Egg Plant

Ingredients Egg plant Light Soy sauce Oil Garlic Salt Sugar

Prepare 2 lb 3 tsp 1/4 cup 5 pieces, chop 1 tsp 2 tsp

Procedure

1. Steam for 15 min, then lay on a plate.

2. Add on top of the steam well Egg plan.

3. Add into the Pan and let Oil become worm.

4. Add into the Pan.

5. Add into the Pan.

6. Add into the Pan and fry for 1 min, then rinse on top of the Egg plan.

Steam Rib with Black Bean

Ingredients Pork Rib (soft born) Black Bean (salted)

Prepare 2 lb cut cube, mix with 1 tbsp of liquor, 1 tbsp of Salt and 2 tbsp of Corn starch. 1/4 cup

Procedure

1. Add into a steam plate.

2. Add on top of the Rib, then steam for 10 min. (Or you can use make wave to cook 10 min.)

Steam Fish Steak

Ingredient: Fish steak Cooking Liquor Oil Ginger Green Onion

Prepare: 2-3 pieces 3 tsp 6 tsp 10 pieces, cut slices. 2, cut slices. 4 tsp.

Procedure:

1. Lay on a steam Pan.

2. Add into the Fish steak then steam 5 min.

3. Add into a Pan.

4. Add into the Pan.

5. Add into the Pan, stir 10 seconds then rinse on top of steam well Fish.

6. Add on top of the Fish.

(Soft Tofu 1 box, cut half and steam for 1 min, lay on a plate then lay the steam well Fish on top of the Tofu. Optional)

Stow Beef Chunk

Ingredients Beef chunk Cook wine Dark Soy sauce Salt Fennel Water Sugar

Prepare 2 lb cut big pieces 2 tbsp 4 tbsp 2 tsp 1 piece 2 cup 1 tsp

Procedure

1. Add into a Pan.

2. Add into the Pan and mix with the Beef for 2 min.

3. Add into the Pan.

4. Add into the Pan and mix with Beef.

5. Add into the Pan.

6. Add into the Pan and use low temp to cook for 1 H.

7. Add into the Pan and mix with all.

Wait cooked Beef become cold then cut thin pieces to sever.

Stow Beef with Potato

Ingredients; Beef Cooking Liquor Dark Soy sauce Salt Water Potato Carrots

Prepare; 2 lb, cut 5 inch cube 2 tbsp 4 tbsp 2 tsp 2 cup 3, cut 2 inch cube 2, cut 2 inch cube

Procedure;

1. Add into a Pan and stir for 1 min.

2. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

3. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

4. Add into the Pan.

5. Add into the Pan and use low temp to boil cook for 45 min.

6. Add into the Pan and boil cook for 15 min.

7. Add into the pan, mix and boil cook for 2 min.

Stew Bran Dough

Ingredients: Oil Bran Dough Dried Mushroom Wood Ear Dark Soy sauce Salt Water Sugar

Prepare: 1/2 cup 1 bag, cut cubes and drains. 10, (soft first) cut pieces. 20 pieces. 1/4 cup 2 tsp 1 cup 2 tsp

Procedure:

1. Add into a Pan.

2. Add into the Pan and cook both sides for 2 min.

3. Add into the Pan and stir for 1 min.

4. Add into the Pan.

5. Add into the Pan.

6. Add into the Pan.

7. Add into the Pan, stew 5 min in med temp.

8. Add into the Pan and mix well for 1 min.

Stew Green Onion with Tilapia

Ingredients Oil Tilapia Cook liquor Dark Soy sauce Salt Vinegar Green Onion Water Sugar

Prepare 4 tbsp 1, about 1 1/2 lb. 2 tbsp 3 tbsp 1 tsp 2 tbsp 5. Cut 5 inch long 1 cup 2 tbsp

Procedure

1. Add into a Pan.

2. Add into the Pan and cook both sides for 2 min each.

3. Add into the Pan and cook for 1 min cover with lid.

4. Add into the Pan.

5. Add into the Pan.

6. Add into the Pan.

7. Add into the Pan.

8. Add into the Pan, use med temp to boil cook for 10 min. Cover with lid.

9. Add into the side of Fish and rinse the fish sauce on top the fish continually for 2 min.
