What could have been a half way decent plot got bogged down with dull one dimensional characters. There wasn't one likable character in the whole book. Even the wagon train trip was dull. Wouldn't recommend it. Oh, lest I forget badly in need of an editor. At one point in the story he actually told her that she was not the man for him. Seriously. Save your money.

Loved this book! Wish it was series- what happens to Mary? Ethan & Becky? Wade's lost brother Walker?

I really enjoyed the book, but wish there were less spelling errors. It hooked me in and I read it quickly. I only wish it were longer and I would love to read a continued story about their new life and love to see Mary find true love. I think it would be great for Wade to be reunited with his brother too.

Romance on a rough wagon trail. But a great romance it was. He was hard to get. She was hard to keep. I really liked the Book.

I could get lost in Sylvia's books. I love books that take place back in this time period. Her characters are so wonderful. I feel like I am sitting right there with them! Way to go Sylvia on another awesome read!
