I love hockey, so I couldn't resist. Good story. Great charachters. Can't wait for the next one.
Selena and Brody meet when he moves in next door to her. She comes off like a stalker at first and he is unsure about her motives. Selena and Brody them become friends and then he proposes a new arrangement. Selena has never gotten over the death of her best friend and uses that to push Brody away. Brody has his own issues with Jessica becoming a stalker and then making threats against Selena and making a desperate statement in an attempt to have him become hers. Selena does not do well with the turmoil and shields her heart from Brody at most every turn. It was hard a times to feel any sympathy for her when he kept laying his heart on the line and she kept refusing to acknowledge what she was feeling. Overall a good book and was a nice, easy read.
I think I might love Brody even more than Hudson. I really loved Hudson but Brody is kind of amazing. Maybe I love them equally...anyways I freaking loved this book and as much I am really not sure about Carson Lee I can't wait for the next installment. Super hot hockey guys are my new thing. It is all b/c of these 2 authors. If you have not read any of their books you are missing out. Selene was awesome in this one too. I love that she is not a pushover. If you like strong characters who are funny and sweet you will love this.
