If you like to create in wool, or felt as we used to call it, this is a good book for ideas to do just that with 16 different projects. These projects range from scissor holders to wall hangings and different size projects in between. The projects begin with a paragraph about the item, a color photo and the size of the item. Materials and cutting lists are easy to read and graphics help make sure you are on the right path. An embroidery key is provided as are any templates that are needed. There is a chapter on Wool Applique Essentials and a photo of the items. There is also a photo of the embroidery stitches. Both will help you be sure you have the tools you need and are using the correct stitches. Grab a copy and your wool and start making those small Christmas gifts.
