About the Author

John Steven is the father of five children, four of them girls. His four daughters were recruited into Division 1 college soccer programs. Mr. Steven has spent the last eight years engaged in the college recruiting process with his daughters. His trials and tribulations through the recruiting process lead him to assemble this guide to help other parents and players navigate through this confusing yet exciting time.
