About the Author

Zoe Dawson is the alter ego of multi-published, bestselling author Karen Anders.

Karen started her career because her grandmother gave her a book to read. That book made her fall in love with romance and started her on the trek to get published. She achieved that goal in 1996 with the publication of Jennifer’s Outlaw for Silhouette.

Even with eighteen books under her belt, she can’t wait for that next idea, that next exquisite sentence and, of course, the next hero and heroine who fall in love.

I loved reading Braxton's and River's story! It was awesome to get a glimpse into their heads to see they are accident thinking. I loved getting to know them. Braxton beats himself up over their reputation and their past. But he has the stubborn and strong willed River by his side even when he tries so hard to push her away. The end was satisfying and answered so many questions that are raised in the first two books. I can't wait to read what else happens to these wonderful people and how their lives continue to grow. There were a few errors that messed with the story line, but over all it was a great book!

If you’re a fan of new adult books with strong women and swoony southern men, you should definitely be reading Zoe Dawson’s Perfect Secret series. If you’re not, you really don’t know what you’re missing. A Perfect Dilemma told the story of the final Outlaw brother – Braxton – and it was a fantastic addition to the series. I can’t possibly pick a favorite Outlaw brother. They’re each special and amazing in their own way. I think Braxton was the most affected by his family’s history. He was very conscious of the ramifications that being a woman in love with an Outlaw brother brought and didn’t want to put River Pearl in that situation, no matter how attracted he was to her. He was, I believe, a little more sensitive than the other Outlaw brothers and I adored him for it. He was also sexy as sin and a little bit of a dirty talker, which I totally appreciated. River Pearl was a great heroine. She was strong and determined, and there was much more to her than her good, rich girl exterior would lead you to believe. My favorite part about this book, aside from the characters who I adored, was that the Outlaw mystery was finally completely unraveled and the truth finally came out. I’ve been following along with it through each book, but never knew the full story until now. It took River Pearl digging into her family history and the feud between the Suttons and Outlaws to uncover the entire truth. Of course, she probably got a little more than she bargained for, but it definitely made for some edge-of-my-seat moments in A Perfect Dilemma. With family feuds and secrets, love and lust and good ol’ southern boys and girls, A Perfect Dilemma had it all. I thoroughly enjoyed this book – and the series as a whole. I’m sad to say goodbye to these characters, but I really look forward to seeing what Zoe comes up with next. I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.

After having read the entire A Perfect Secret Series in one fell swoop, I have to say that I have come to love this trio of Hellraisers and their beautiful women. Booker, Boone and Braxton each have a place in my heart, and for different reasons, but I will admit that Brax is probably my favorite Outlaw, so I was extremely excited that he got his own story and with River Pearl no less. As with the rest of the books in this series, this one was filled with heartache, turmoil and plenty of sexual chemistry and passion. But, even with the serious undertones of this story, where the Outlaw brothers went, there were sure to be shenanigans. I don't think I'll ever look at a french fry the same way again. LOL. River Pearl hasn't been one of my favorite characters, but once I got to really know her I think she is just hands down awesome. Not at all the spoilt little rich girl with her nose in the air that I had taken her for. Yes, she did expect a certain level of class but deep down she was just a simple girl wanting to be treated like anyone else. I hated that her life had basically been laid out for her and that she hadn't had much say in which path to choose, so her blossoming relationship with Brax was the perfect thing to shake things up. With it, though, came a past of hurt and despair and I was thankful that, once and for all, the truth was revealed and maybe, just maybe, the Outlaws would be welcomed into a community they were so actively involved in. With plenty of skeletons jumping out of the closet, this was a fantastic read that kept me enthralled the entire way through. From the fiery passion that ignited whenever Brax and River were together, to the mystery about Duel Outlaws involvement in a crime that would span decades, I loved every second of this story.

Gifted Copy I have to say this one was the best book in this series!!! There were so many emotions and so much suspense put in the book that it was almost overload for me. You want to jump in this book and just shake the ever living hell out of Braxton. He is so hell bent on protecting the ones he loves that he can't see he how much it really hurting everyone. Oh my word, the outcome of the Outlaws legacy is just WOW!!! Ha Ha , no I'm not giving you any hints on that one. I could not for the life of me set this book down. Emotions fly high, suspense keeps you on the edge of your seat with this book; who could not love a good book set in the south! Braxton is the hardest head of the triplets. He plays hard and loves stronger. River Pearl the princess, loves her man to be the bad bad boy and is willing to fight as hard as need to keep the ones she loves! When this two come together it's a fight to the death! Whew.... Hotter than hell!

A Perfect Dilemma by Zoe Dawson A Perfect Secret Series Book Three Braxton Outlaw in one of three of Suttontowne’s most dangerously sexy men. The unholy trinity and owners of the Swoon, a smile that no woman of any age could resist. Only now his brothers have found their one and only loves. Brax refuses to give in to that weakness. The weakness he’s resisted all these years has a name and he avoids her like the plague. River Pearl Sutton. Suttontowne’s little princess. The world sees her in magazines all nice and shiny. She wishes people could just see her. The real her. The imperfect non-princess her. Or if only Braxton Outlaw would see her. The one man she has never been able to have. The only man who has ever rejected her. Until now. River needs his help and he has agreed. This is the last book in the Perfect Secret series. The last triplet to be caught so that fathers everywhere can sleep at night knowing their daughters are safe from the Outlaws. It was sad saying goodbye to them but I’m hoping there will be more stories of the secondary characters in Hope Parish. Really good series. **Strong sexual content and strong language
