A Pocket Full of Sunshine by Deni Fearman

A Pocket Full of Sunshine gives us a glimpse of one bright soul who becomes stranded on the brink of desolation and provides us with the road map that she used to come back and live a renewed life galvanized in the transcendent light of her own sacred heart.

Told in a voice that is uniquely her own yet quite openly human, you will find it easy to empathize with her journey of self-exploration and rediscovery.

In life we all experience moments of despair. This book is brimming with inspiration that will surely touch your heart in times of darkness and also in peace. Filled with powerfully healing words and simple wisdom, you are holding the keys to reinvent your life right here, right now.

"Each of us is on a sacred journey of enlightenment. Deni bravely and eloquently shares hers along with inspiration, guidance, and support to light our paths. It's especially illuminating for the darker stretches."

- Leslie H. Garrison, author of The Road Home

This book is written to illuminate the path upon which we trod in our darkest hour. Surely there are many roads home, and who can say which road is better, so long as we arrive safely to our destination? This particular road was simply my own ... And for it, I am forever grateful.

What you will find here is largely a compilation of thoughts and affirmations which I used as a balm to heal my broken spirit. I have organized them loosely into a pattern of ever brightening points of light, but there are many ways that you might choose to take them in.

The first pass through you will likely read this book from cover to cover, after which you might decide to work specifically with one of the four main sections, depending on what part of your journey currently occupies your heart at present. I feel that the best way to approach each section is to take each thought on its own and meditate on it for a bit, but only your own heart can tell you exactly how long "a bit" might be for you. Five minutes? An hour? A day or perhaps even a week? It's entirely up to you.

By taking time with each thought you will be allowing yourself the opportunity to redirect any energetic patterns within yourself that are ripe for shift into new harmonies, and so if you listen to your body, your mind and your spirit you will know exactly how quickly to move through your meditations.

Another interesting method of working through this book would be to do so with a group of friends, taking a predetermined number of pages for meditation and group discussion. The energy of the group will amplify and energize the vibrations exponentially!

In the end this book may end up by your bedside or on a beloved table in your home ... Ready to fall open to a random page, ever willing to inspire you to shine forth all the beautiful brightness and glory that you truly are!
