Most Helpful Customer Reviews
After reading Again in a Heartbeat and Morning at Wellington Square, both of which were heart felt stories that I couldn't put down, I knew I had to purchase and read A Portrait of Love and Honor as soon as it was released. As expected, Susan delivers with a compelling story of love, loss, perseverance and rebirth. The main characters in the story, Jay and Ava, were written so beautifully that I felt as if I could relate with both of them. The way Susan describes emotion is so eloquent and wonderful that I felt like I was right there in the story watching it unfold. I would this book to EVERY BODY!!! No matter what your story is, you will be guaranteed to find elements of her writing that resonate with you on a deeply personal level. 5 stars plus!! I'd give it 6 stars if it were an option. You won't be disappointed.
