About the Author

Jonathan Lau lives in the beautiful Pacific Northwest on Mercer Island with his wife and two young boys. Writing children's books is a creative and fun way for Jonathan to teach his children character, including integrity, love, confidence, and self-worth. He is guided by a belief that these attributes will serve as an aid and foundation for his children's decisions and relationships. Jonathan enjoys the process of creating stories that inspire children to be their best and is honored to work with his friend and illustrator Mike Lee.

Mike Lee currently lives in Utah working as an illustrator and fine artist. Growing up in an artistic family, he has always been interested in telling stories and creating worlds from his imagination. Having studied in illustration, he has done work for various books, games, and toys, but finds particular meaning in creating children's books that can have a positive impact on a young child's development. A goal of his is to have many children's books that he helped create that he can share with his own children one day.
