Jessica is English and talks with a slight cockney accent. She is in her early twenties, attractive with a sexy cheeky face. Her mother is English, her father American. Matt Jarratt in his early forties, handsome, is married to Audrey who is very house proud, keeping the house spotless and clinical to the point it is almost impossible to feel comfortable in. Matt is a partner in her father’s financial management company that has prestige offices on Wall Street. Matt is also being groomed as a potential Republican candidate for the Senate.

Jessica with a group of other disgruntled friends joins the protestors already demonstrating on Wall Street against corporate greed, and the banking system. It begins to rain. Jessica and her friends seek shelter in one of the plush prestige office buildings. The security, immediately try to evict them. One of the security guards chases after Jessica managing to grab her by the ankle. She falls just as Matt comes out of the elevator. Fearful she could sue the company for injury offers her a lift to wherever she lives. She accepts, providing he also gives her friends a lift to Greenwich Village.

Dropping Jessica off last, she invites Matt up, but he is uneasy as he has to get home for a dinner engagement. Jessica manages to persuade him, but he is unnerved by the rundown apartment together with her frank and outrageous behavior. However fascinated by her and searches her out in the thrifty store she runs. He invites her to lunch at his exclusive Stock Broker club where she continues to behave outrageously.

Enamored with her, he agrees to work out some excuse to spend the weekend with her. Expecting a weekend of unbridled sex, but is disappointed to discover they are going on another demonstration.

Caught up in the melee, he and Jessica are arrested. Matt’s father in law, furious at the damage it could do to the firm’s reputation, tells Matt his partnership is now under threat as is his political aspirations.

Jessica takes Matt on a tour of the run down districts of Greenwich Village where the homeless are sleeping in derelict buildings and cardboard boxes. It has such a dramatic effect on Matt that it begins to change his outlook on life.

Matt is suddenly discovering a new life, and as the intriguing erotic romantic saga progresses Jessica manages to change Matt’s views on many aspects of corporate greed, banks, politics, the homeless, although without realizing it, her own views are also changing. There are many comical, romantic and erotic situations before these two characters sort out their lives during the run up to Trump winning election.

About the Author

JOHN SEALEY has spent his entire working life in the film and television industry, beginning his career in the cutting rooms, becoming a film editor, working on many international feature films, as well as major filmed television series. John then decided to widen his scope, and moved into production becoming an assistant director, then moving into production management becoming a production manager, production supervisor, associate producer, and finally producer, working with many of the major US and British companies.
John now concentrates his creative mind on writing, starting with the adaptation of bestselling author Anne Perry's quintet of books, 'No Graves As Yet' 'Angels In The Gloom' 'At Some Disputed Barricade' 'Shoulder The Sky' 'We Shall Not Sleep' a murder mystery thriller, spanning the First World War into an epic television series. Anne Perry considers it to be the best adaptation of any of her books.
John recently wrote "If A Wicked Man" the biography of John Lawson, a one time violent criminal who thought the world owed him a living and everything was there for the taking. His life of crime had no depth, until one day something remarkable happened. He found God and it changed his life completely, published 31st March 2016.
Having written "Catesby's Holy War with co-writer Ric Gannon, John then went on to write 'Once We Were Friends" a story based on fact about the German occupation of Norway, to be published in April 2017.
John has now completed 'The Redundant Fugitive' set in India and England is the story of a good man with values, who having been made redundant is innocently drawn into a world of crime.
John is now working on his latest novel "A Blighted Awakening" Set in the 19th Century Ireland and England.
