After losing my mother in November, I was in search of a book to help me understand my feelings. I purchased this one, however I did not pick it p to read until August. As I read his words, I discovered that he so beautifully described what I myself was having a hard time describing. I plan on recommending this book for everyone- even if you have not lost someone close to you. It allows others to somewhat understand what a grieving person may be experiencing.
