After their parents marry, the Fisher kids must find a place within the family for Rebekah, who is not at all used to such chaos – having grown up with a father who was ill most of her life, a mother who spent her days taking care of a sick husband and grandparents who doted on her to the point where she felt more like their daughter than their grand-daughter.
Now she must find her place in the loud, rambunctious, sometimes nosy Fisher family and the community of Windy Gap.
Could love be the thing that will make her stay or will she turn her back on even that to return to familiarity?

A Suitor for Rebekah by Rachel and Naomi Miller is a sweet Amish romance that is a clean for even young teens to read. Rebekah was having a hard time adjusting to the large Fisher family after her mother, Naomi, wed Samuel Fisher. Leah Fisher was instrumental in connecting Rebekah with the small snowy community of Windy Gap when they went to town on a clear day. When Rebekah was officially introduced to Zeke by Leah she found a reason to accept being in her new community. This story is filled with family, friends, learning responsibility, action and some hard decisions to be made. Zeke took life’s happenings as being “Gott’s will” and accepted the responsibility to care for his ill mother. Will this change Rebekah’s outlook on her future? Read this delightful series to discover what, how and maybe where the story will end at. Readers of Amish fiction romance will want to read A Mother for Leah, book one in the Windy Gap Wishes series to see the love between characters first if possible. A Suitor for Rebekah can be read as a standalone with mention of the past for the characters; however, I highly recommend reading book one first. The Fisher’s family will remain with you after closing each book. I look forward to the next book in this series to see where characters might end up at in the future.
