About the Author

Elle Bor is a novelist, short story author, and self -proclaimed poet. Her first published work, A Thousand Steps Home came out on February 2014. On March of the same year, she signed her electronic version of A Thousand Steps Home with California Times Publishing. Elle Bor has been writing since she was eight years old. In high school, she joined the ranks of other student journalists, retaining her position in the school publication year after year. She pursued a formal college education in English and Creative Writing back in the Philippines but was abruptly cut short by her move to the United States. She is currently a medical personnel but is still keen on making it in the writing arena. When she isn't in her literary realm, Elle is most likely on an excursion to discover new places, food-tripping, retail therapy, re-decorating her home, or just simply catching up on her favorite TV shows. Author Elle Bor has spun an intriguing tale that will definitely hit close to home for anyone who has had to overcome tragedy. From the very first page there’s a payoff; as the reader, this is when I became aware that there is a tug of war of sorts occurring, somewhere between love and revenge. What I liked best about this book is how the story unfolds, with Bor very purposefully releasing the details of exactly what would bring a woman to the brink of retribution. The discovery makes for a worthwhile read  that is destined to make you a fan of her work. I highly recommend.
