Anthony DeStefano's first book, A Travel Guide to Heaven, explored the wonders, joy and fun of the next life. In ALL THIS AND HEAVE, TOO he comes back to earth to reveal to readers the wonders, joys and fun of this life.
Happiness: everyone wants it, not everyone has it-or even knows how to get it. People differ on the definition of happiness, where it comes from, and how to achieve it, but its importance to our everyday lives is universally agreed upon.
Many writers have written on the subject of happiness, but an important aspect is always missing. A vast majority of self-help books neglect to mention a spiritual component when providing people with tools to better their lives, while the books that do focus on spirituality tend to concentrate on that and nothing else.
ALL THIS AND HEAVE, TOO bridges these gaps to combine the best elements from both self-help and spiritual books to create an uplifting, joyful and motivational guide to living life to the fullest. DeStefano has crafted a method that provides nourishment for the whole self-- it's Tony Robbins meets Thomas Aquinas; Andrew Weil meets St. Augustine.
· Starting Fresh: Your Past Is Not Your Future!
· The Attitude of Gratitude
· Discipline: The Vince Lombardi Guide to Spirituality
· Life is a Paradox
In ALL THIS AND HEAVE, TOO , DeStefano teaches readers that they can experience the happiness of Heaven on earth, no matter what their circumstance.

Most Helpful Customer Reviews
Hands down, this is the greatest Self-Help book I've personally ever read - and I've read A LOT. Every time Anthony DeStefano releases a new book I am doubtful that I'll enjoy it nearly as much as the last, but I always wind up eating my words. This is the best book I've ever read about changing your life for the better and finding TRUE purpose. And it's not some long list of things you HAVE to do or buy in order to follow. It says on the cover "Transform Yourself from Head to Soul", my first thought was "Yah...Right. Sure." Then I read the book. All I can say now, is DeStefano delivers. It's one of those books that you can't put down and want to read over and over again! His quick, simple and direct tone combined with the logical, profound, and motivating content will challenge the most devoted Christians and most indecisive "freethinker" alike. Don't miss out - You will be equally impressed!
Reviewed by Mary DeKok Blowers for Readers' Favorite A Travel Guide to Life: Transforming Yourself from Head to Soul, by Anthony DeStefano, is a one of a kind self help book. With a Biblical perspective, and a tough, no-nonsense attitude, he gives advice on changing your life with hard-hitting realism such as if you don’t feel appreciated in your job, you have to either learn to enjoy it, or get over it, or find a way to get a new one. If you have an alcohol, eating or other addiction, the internet is available to everyone free of charge in the library. Get on there and find the advice and the professionals who will help you. If you choose not to, you’re choosing to stay where you are. Anthony DeStefano is not a doctor nor a psychologist, but believes he is uniquely qualified to give health advice and emotional advice. As a well known Christian author, he has the expertise of the Bible to rely on and a close relationship with God to guide him. His tough love approach will make you want to try his advice to get aerobic exercise just 3 times a week, and read the Bible every day, and begin or return to your prayer life. Not to spoil the surprise, but there is even a 2-part eating plan that may be all the diet you ever need. A Travel Guide to Life gives easy to understand tips like this, but don’t be deceived. These seemingly simple tasks will enhance your life and transform you in a way that you would never imagine.
The book presents the basics of Christianity in a self-help format. DeStefano writes in a conversational tone that moves quickly. I really liked the introduction cons treating the misery of a Hollywoood director against the joy of a priest and a pastor. The book offers practical advice for daily life with heaven in mind. If you enjoyed his other books or if you enjoy the self-help style then you will want to read this work too.
