It's hard to believe this book was first published over 20 years ago. Eugenia Riley wrote A Tryst in Time in such a way that it's a timeless tale that will be just as good 50 years from now as it was today and the day it was first written. This is a tale that romance lovers are going to enjoy. Riley creates well-developed characters and a story that will touch your heart. I highly recommend it to those that enjoy time travel romances.

Another delightful book from Ms. Riley. I like the going back and forth in time as it adds suspense. One of the things I've commented about her books is the amount of research she does in addition to good romance. I'm going back and re-reading her backlist and enjoying every bit of it. Clearly our heroine ended up with the right man!

I enjoyed the story and the plot some of the descriptions were very detailed and I didn't know the time. To get a picture in my mind of those descriptions but it didn't subtract from the story

I truly didn't like the ups & down of this book. It just went on & on too many times. I wish that it went into detail of their life together outside the house. Rhop

I like her later books better. This one seemed overly drawn out with the heroine dtermined to find proof in the present that she lived in the past. Way too much time devoted to settling her affairs and meeting with the attorney. No great mystery and was definitely challenging to reach the predictable conclusion. Seemed amateurish.

Although the story is good some of the dialogue is so awful seems from a bad soap opera. Mainly in the middle of the book as though someone else wrote it.
