I really enjoyed this lovely short-story about how Elk Runner found and fell in love with Little Bird.

Always nice to go back and catch up with Daniel, Aimee and their clan. Whether its a full length novel, novella or short story, one can never tire of these wonderful people and their tales! This one was particularly good because it actually focused on Elk Runner, Little Bird and how they first met. SR

Just finished and enjoyed this wonderful story of a few of my favorite people, "can't call them characters because they have become like family" from the Yellowstone Romance Series. As always, a heart touching story of love and family, this one taking place over the Thanksgiving season. If you have followed the Yellowstone Romance Series, this adds a little more background for Elk Runner and Little Bird and how they met. I love these holiday stories because each one takes me back into the characters lives, reading how their families grew through the years. As I close each book, I am left feeling happy and contented, and with a hope that they may be back again next year. JudyE

Such a good series! One of those heartwarming tales that they go through so much, you know they'll come out stronger on the other side! Loved it!

Yellowstone Romance Series by Peggy L. Henderson I love the way Peggy L. Henderson describes her characters and their interactions as well as the scenery in such vivid detail. I could hardly wait to read all the stories in the Yellowstone Romance Series. It took me two days but I set aside time and read them all. I recommend reading in order as prescribed below as the series does build on previous books: Prologue to Yellowstone Heart Song (located free at author's website) Yellowstone Heart Song #1 1/16/2012 Yellowstone Redemption #2 2/3/2012 Yellowstone Awakening #3 2/29/2012 Yellowstone Dawn #4 4/15/2012 Yellowstone Deception #5 7/17/2012 A Yellowstone Christmas (novella) #6 11/18/2012 A Yellowstone Promise (novella) #7 7/21/2014 A Yellowstone Season of Giving #8 11/19/2014 I highly recommend this author as one of the best writers of romantic western history and time travel. I am currently starting on the next two sets of her books the Teton Romance Trilogy and Second Chances Time Travel Romance series. I have read other recommendations that these stories are just as good and some even better than the ones above (will let you know my opinion at a later date).
