This little book has been a labor of love for the past 26 years. I wrote the first copy back in high school and pretty much forgot all about it. My mom had put it in a keep sake box where it sat for years until I finally decided to go forth with the publishing process. I asked a good friend of the family if she would illustrate the book, and I couldnt have been more pleased about how she brought the story to life.

About the Author

I am a middle aged construction worker, who always wanted to be a teacher. I have two beautiful children of my own. I am hoping they will learn from my mistakes as well as my successes to make their lives and growing up a tab bit easier. I spent four years in the Marine Corps infantry, were I had the opportunity to travel overseas where I experienced new and different cultures. After the Corps, I went to junior college and then a four year university. I left college with two semesters left to get my teaching degree and got into the construction industry. I am hoping to write a small series (3 or 4 books) that will entertain and even teach young children a few life lessons that they may be able to use throughout their lifetime. I hope you and your family enjoy reading this story as much as I enjoyed writing it.
