The Absmart fitness plan is a very detail and useful guide to shape and tone your stomach without doing the same crunches over and over again- Thank goodness! I really like the exercises, I found I had been missing a lot in my workouts until I picked up this book. Now I have a complete core workout that is easy to follow.

I found this book very useful, the exercises are different and require you to use your whole core region working your muscle better then just crunches. I really felt my stomach from the first workout and moved up to the next level and I can feel myself getting stronger and my pants fit better too!

For years, I have been looking to ride myself of all this extra weight around my stomach and make my core stronger and I tried all the fade diets and exercise dvds, then i came across this book.
The Absmart program is divided into 3 parts- preparing for your workout and why countless crunches won't get you any where.

Part 2 the workout from the front, sides and back side, this works it all. Loved the core workout, reallt felt my muscles working for the first time. Easy to follow instructions and pictures are helpful.

Part 3 Eating righty and getting rid of the bloat! For a flatter stomach.

The author offers readers a complete package from exercising to diet"bloating issues" to eating right. An this is what appeals most to me.
