Some Accidents Are Meant To Be.
A small fender bender brought them together.
A hit and run tore them apart.
Waking up in a hospital room, Andrea Vasslor has no recollection of her past. All she knows is that two men are vying for her heart--and one of them is the father of the child she's carrying.
The one by her side claims to be her husband, offering to piece together the lost memories of her past. The other holds her heart, searching desperately for the woman he knows and loves.
When their paths collide once again, truths are revealed, hearts are tested, and love reignites. But can Andrea determine which memories are real and which are only illusions of the past?

When Andi/Andrea wakes in the hospital she has no memory of anything, not the car accident that put her there or of the man who says he is her husband John, but something about her feelings for him doesn't seem right. Recovering in their luxury apartment the uncertainties grow, especially after she runs into Lani on the street and is told she had been looking all over for her and Cal was out of his mind with worry since they had not seen or heard from her for days. His name gives her a warm happy feeling though she does not have a face to go with it, but before she can ask anything Lani rushes off with her guy, leaving Andrea/Andi feeling lost. Meanwhile, Cal has been lost as to what happened and going crazy with worry after Andi did not show for their date and because she was not answering his calls or texts. Memories of losing his first wife in a tragic accident torture him. Calls to her work, her friend and neighbor Lani, local hospitals and car shops and searches around town have not given results, until he sees her through the window of a coffee shop. Filled with relief that she is not injured or dead he rushes out to greet and finds she has lost all memory of their time together and she never told him about her husband John. Many secrets will be revealed before this story ends. This is the first book I have read by this author and absolutely loved it. What a totally excellent story which kept me quickly reading to find out what she had forgotten and who would be her hero. For the author: Third time was the charm. This book is perfect, so all the rewrites and plot adjustments were worth it. I did enjoy seeing what had happened before her amnesia in the cut chapters you provide on your website, but agree this worked best. Keep on writing and I will keep on reading.
I received this book as an arc. It was an amazing read, I could not put it down, the suspense nearly killed me! I had just as many questions as Andie! Andie is in a terrible car accident and wakes up in a hospital with amnesia and her husband. Andie feels things are off and slowly she gets to the truth of where her life was before the accident. She finds things, remembers some, friends find her and fill her in until she knows exactly where she belongs. Cal is an amazing support system for Andie as well as Sarina and Lana. This book was amazing; I would give it 100 stars if I could. Thank you Josie Bordeaux for this amazing book!
