Overview

Ace by Adam Moon

Part 1 of the Space Cadets Series:

Two hundred years ago, aliens came to earth. They abducted millions of people and then told the rest that they were going to evaluate humanity over the course of the next several hundred years. If the earthlings didn't measure up to their standards, they'd be back to eliminate them.
So guess what humanity has done since then: They geared up for war.
As an orphan, Jack Peterson was born into servitude. He may one day serve as a Marine, but he has to get through camp first.
When the class has a chance to board a real warship, he has no idea what to expect.
As soon as they arrive, everything goes horribly wrong.

Good short

Decent writing -- so short that you don't need to worry about a plot -- it is over before it roles at all -- too bad -- the triple spacing does give you a good 10 minute read -- I just did not know that 34 pages was a book :-) -- Although I am published {ASME} it was only 44-45 pages & was a paper, not a book :-)

Can't believe you people are so fooled to pay for a book that is 63 pages. Every time this encourages them to cheat us more. Just like the popup on TV while watching a show. Do not support these cheesy pirate acts. There is enough REAL responsible authors books to buy and read.
