About the Author

New York Times and USA Today Bestselling author K. Bromberg writes contemporary novels that contain a mixture of sweet, emotional, a whole lot of sexy and a little bit of real. She likes to write strong heroines and damaged heroes who we love to hate and hate to love.

She’s a mixture of most of her female characters: sassy, intelligent, stubborn, reserved, outgoing, driven, emotional, strong, and wears her heart on her sleeve. All of which she displays daily with her husband and three children where they live in Southern California.

On a whim, K. Bromberg decided to try her hand at this writing thing. Since then she has written The Driven Series (Driven, Fueled, Crashed, Raced), the standalone Driven Novels (Slow Burn, Sweet Ache, Hard Beat (releasing 11/3/15), and a short story titled UnRaveled. She is currently working on new projects and a few surprises for her readers.

Wow! I was thinking this book was a HEA story showing us how great Riley and Colton's married life turned out. Boy was I wrong! This book had me strung out wishing for meds! K. Bromberg brilliantly sucks you right back in to what we all love about Riley and Colton and still keep you wishing for more. I will be waiting anxiously for Zander's story!

This was an amazing read by the very talented K. Bromberg. This story takes place after the Driven Trilogy and follows up on the characters into the future, especially Colton and Rylee's story. You are able to pick up where the Driven Trilogy ended. It felt like I was coming home again. K. Bromberg makes you feel like you are there experiencing everything that happens throughout the story. Her "Mad Writing Skills" draw you in and you cannot wait to see what's going to happen next. You can totally connect with all of the characters and the different things they are experiencing. K. Bromberg pulls emotions out of you like no other author I have had the pleasure of reading. She takes you on a journey and you can picture it in your mind as it all unfolds. It is an emotional read that touches on real life experiences that everyone can relate to. It will have you laughing, crying, cheering and fighting for the characters throughout the book. Colton is a man who has grown by leaps and bounds emotionally. He has such strength of character in this book, that you wish you could meet him in person because he feels that real. Rylee is a strong woman that has a kind heart and a loyalty to those she loves and is someone that is in each and every one of us. I cannot put into words how much this book touched me. This very talented author puts her heart into everyone of her stories and it shines through like the brightest star. I hope she continues to write for a long, long time.

This series is amazing! This story takes a single incident from Rylee and Colton's past and brings it back to haunt them. These characters have come so far in their relationship and built a wonderful life together. Can their past tear them apart now? As in all the books in this series this one takes you all over the map emotionally. You are so invested in the lives of Rylee and Colton that you just can't put the book down. I highly recommend this series. It is the kind you keep to reread again and again.

I really did enjoy the earlier books in the series. But this book was so hard to listen to because honestly it was just so depressing almost the whole way through. Seriously, I'd say almost 90% of the book was depressing. I definitely will continue with the series though, as I want to now what else will happen not only with these main characters, but also with some of the supporting characters that we know and love.

I have to admit, this one killed the series for me. I absolutely HATED who Riley has become. No matter how much the author (via Colton's inner monologues) tried to tell us how selfless and amazing she was, I found it to be the complete opposite. Riley is a self centered, whiny little drama queen who really needs a good dose of reality. Har reactions through the entire book were ridiculous and blown out of proportion. Her attitude is downright insulting to everyone else around her, thinking no one else is allowed to have an opinion, let alone contradict her. I was starting to think she was deliberately trying to make everyone as miserable as her whack job hormones are obviously making her. At first I felt bad for Colton, thinking that ridiculously high maintenence wife of his was taking its toll. But I lost patience with him halfway through. GROW A PAIR, COLTON!!! He treats Riley like a boss he's afraid of. Not a wife who is his equal that he loves. He's become a doormat of a character. While I was looking forward to reading the spin off books of this series, I'm definitely not going to now. Colton and Riley's story arc really should have stopped at 3 books. While the underlying plot with Eddie and Zander COULD have been interesting, it was completely destroyed by Riley's selfish theatrics and Colton's spineless attitude.

Wow I'm very impressed with this one. It was just REAL. In this one, I can really see the talent of the writer. It makes me wonder if she actually went through what Ryle did. The depth of emotions she was able to write and convey were done very well, I thought. For someone who has never gone through that, I was able to get a sense of what it would be like. We needed this book for Colton and Rylee, I think. It showed the maturity and that there love really is the lasting kind. Reccommend !

All I can say is this is by far the best series I've read. I found the series by sheer luck and I have read ALL of the books at least 3 times.

so sad that this series has finally come to an end. ACED is not what i thought it would be its full of sad and happy moments. Riley and cottons story is truly one to read about.

Colton and Rylee, two perfectly imperfect people, are back once again. They are married, and living their happily ever after or so they think. Things are almost too perfect for this couple, so they aren't surprised when the other shoe drops, they are just surprised by how hard it drops. Who would have thought that such a special moment in their lives, could be turned into something ugly, and cause such havoc in their world. The part I loved most about this book is that Colton has to be the strong one, coming out of his comfort zone and finding the strength to see Rylee through some difficult times. Once again, when the last page is turned it feels like closing the page on a friendship. K. Bromberg has a way of making you feel like you know her characters personally. Get to know Colton, Rylee, and all the gang by reading Driven, Fueled, Crashed, Raced and then Aced, and I bet you will feel like they are your friends too!!

(3.25 stars) I love Colton Danavan as much as the next gal and was sad that throughout the book I had to keep asking myself if I was getting anything out of it. I felt like most of the book revolved around issues that would've faired better as secondary storylines. Unfortunately, the moment that I believe Colton had been working towards the entire series was quick and a huge let down. _ My husband may be a generous man but when it comes to his beloved Ferrari, that's another story. My mind flickers back to the last time I asked to get behind the wheel. Nice try, sweetheart, but the only place you're allowed to drive me is out of breath on the hood.

Wonderful ending to one of tvvb? best series I have read in quite some time. I "discovered" Ms. Bromberg by accident, and sped through reading each book as quickly as possible. This last installment, "Aced", provides the readers with the desired happily ever after however, Colton and Rylee seem to experience every trial a newly married couple can encounter prior to reaching that ending. All of the former characters, good and bad, make an appearance much to the reader's delight, advancing the storyline along at a steady yet intense - laden pace. I am sorry to see this series end, and can only hope that there will be a spin-off featuring Hawkin's bandmates....
