I really enjoyed the beginning of this book as a Small Group leader at our church. However, much of the book had to do with how to set up the Small Group Ministry, which was not my concern since I'm not in the Ministry formation leadership. However, I did think that the information provided was great and very useful to setting up an effective Small Groups ministry. I do recommend this book.
