I read the first book “The Wizard’s Key” and enjoyed it immensely. I decided to purchase the second book “Adventures in Fyelda” to find out what happens in Petuyla’s future. I enjoyed how it picked up where the first book left off, although you could read it alone as there is a brief but informative description of the background of Petulya and other characters. I liked how there were separate stories in this book but they all entwined together as well, almost as if they were separate short stories. The descriptive scenes and excitement kept me reading and engrossed. I could actually picture the colorful fairies in my mind. It’s an enjoyable book and I would recommend it to anyone who likes fantasy. I look forward to reading more from this author.
