This book was a good read, 500 pages. The plot was different than what seems to be the norm right now. Unfortunately the grammatical errors were hard to ignore. In addition the author did not do a great job of transitioning between present and past tense and I often had to stop and re-read whole sections or paragraphs to keep up.

Uncommon story about virtual worlds and the people that call them home. Story was unique and kept me guessing up until the end. I felt like I've met the main characters online. Overall, I found this to be an original story and a insightful reflection into virtual worlds. I would have five starred this, but the spelling/grammar errors detracted from the story.

I wasn't sure what to expect. When I started it I thought "Second that still a THING???" I was prepared for a light-hearted satirical romp through virtual worlds, and it was that, but turned into much more. A very engrossing read especially for someone who has been seduced by virtual and online worlds. I imagine those who have never ventured in that direction would be perplexed and confused. Going to read the rest of the series!

A gripping tale of one who embraces their addiction to their fantasy life in the virtual world at the cost of living their life in the real world. This story gives much food for thought as to the validity of virtual relationships brought about by interacting with people who only exist in your life through the computer. Story has some very steamy sex scenes. Ending was quite unexpected.

For anyone who has ever spent time in Second Life, this story will resonate with something deep inside of you. For those that haven't, it will give you a glimpse into what the meta-verse has to offer. I loved it and would recommend it over and over again.
