About the Author

Beatrice Achaleke is the mother of two kids, a lecturer, author, public speaker, executive trainer, diversity and inclusion expert, founder of the GloBUNTU Transformational Mindset System®, the GloBUNTU Fellowship and many other international organisations. She is a multiple award-winning social transforpreneur.
Beatrice was and is still the first black women to have stood for parliamentary elections in Austria. The award-wining Block Black Women in Europe® listed her in 2010 as one of the most influential black women in Europe.

In October 2017 she was recognised as one of the TOP 100 difference makers in South Africa. She has been nominated for fifteen international awards, 10 of which she received. Some of them are the "Make a Difference Award", "Global Diversity Innovation Award", "Mia Award", "African Diva Award", "Official decoration of the Federal Republic of Austria" "European Diversity Award" "Intercultural Award", "Leading ladies Award" etc.

Beatrice was born in Cameroon and lived for 20 years in Austria. She is a global citizen with more than 25 years of global experiences. In 2015 she relocated to South Africa where she founded her current company Follow Me To Africa and start kids books project.
