Short, but sweet: I think the best thing is the ending. Because it was a nice twist; and it doesn't end how one would expect. However, I do take a bit of umbrage with the idea that in 500 years, the Aztec religion doesn't change. Within 200, their religion had already changed, but within the next 500, Lovegrove would have us accept that nothing else happens. Plus, I'm pretty sure that if the world was constantly tropical, London would be underwater, but as I'm no meteorologist....Still a good book. Buy it and read it.

Starts fast and doesnt let up as the plot twists throughout the story. Although the ending was dissapointing. There shouldve been a second book not an end to the World
