THIS BOOK has gotten RAVE REVIEWS, but it has also been brought to my attention that I have several typos and grammatical errors. I sincerely apologize for this, therefore I have had my editor Linda Clark revise it for me and....Well, hopefully there aren't very many typos left. All authors are entitled to a few here and there, but as I read over this novella I realized I had drank a little too much red wine while writing. Sorry my dears, please forgive me and I hope you enjoy the new version, as well as BOOK 2, also edited by Linda Clark. Thank you my lovelies.
Alistair Cristakos has it all... Wealth beyond anyone's wildest imagination, dark & brooding good looks and the two best friends that anyone could ever wish to have. The one thing missing in his life? A partner to share it all with. He's known since his very first homosexual experience at the age of 25, over 10 years ago, that he was gay. However, he's the only one who knows he's gay...not even Joseph nor Raul, his two best friends, know. If he has to spend anymore time pretending to be billionaire playboy extraordinaire, he just may blow. But if he cant even face his two best friends with the truth, how can he expect to ever officially come out of the too crowded closet? Well, this is where Davis Lennox comes in...
Davis is the charming, dashing and drop dead gorgeous male escort that he's been hearing so much about through his homosexual friends, associates and acquaintances. He hears story after story in graphic details about Davis and his incredibly risqué sexcapades, and finally decides that he is ready to have a story of his own to tell.. What better way to come out to Joe and Raul than by inviting them over for a small & very private affair? After setting an appointment with Davis, he realizes there is no backing out this time. This is for real, it's really going to happen...
Then when Davis shows up, his friends are a little more than curious as to why an attractive, ten year younger man dressed in a suit suddenly shows up, wearing a mischievous grin, who keeps making eyes at their best friend of nearly 30 years. When the secret finally comes out, he's worried what his friends might think of him, but is completely taken by surprise when Joe and Raul accept him completely...and even decide to join in on the fun themselves. (Even though the two are adamant about being heterosexuals)
Alistair, Davis, Joe and Raul heat up the sheets in this first short story of the series "A Rich Man's Dirty Secret"
Pages upon pages of extremely graphic details of sex and strong language. Intended for adult readers 18+ only.

Most Helpful Customer Reviews
I have read a lot of MM as well as MMF erotica. Never before, however, have I felt this compelling need to write a review. This has got to be one of the hottest short stories I have ever read (24 pages and free at the time of my "purchase"). Here you have the angst that comes with telling your 2 best friends that you're gay. You have 4 gorgeous, hot, ripped men having sex with one another. Who doesn't like to visualize that? You have some delicious sexual dialogue and intriguing sex play. There's a best friend eager to experiment and another ready to watch everything unfold. There's passion and seduction and the satisfying hint at romance (and maybe even true love) that makes the reader long for the next storyline the author assures us is soon to come (every pun intended). I am happy there is no BDSM as that really isn't my thing. Although the title of the story deals mainly with Alistair, I have to admit to finding Joe and Raul a tad bit more fascinating in the long run but would love to read more on all accounts. That being said, there are a couple things that bothered me but are easy fixes for the author. There are an unnecessary amount of typos which could be solved with a proper proofreading before submission. One or two may be acceptable, but when I stumble over typos or misspellings, it does hinder my enjoyment of any story. The second thing would be the overuse of the word "smirk." Thesaurus maybe? Anyway, all in all, I really enjoyed this read and look forward to the next installment. Well done, Derringer!
i love it
I gotta say... this series has been absolutely incredible. Sex, seduction, romance... each character developed so well into a believable person and all four incredibly different, yet suit one another perfectly. Two thumbs up all the way! Can't wait for the third!!
I have to agree with the other review! I follow this author on smashwords also, therefore I have already read the 2nd installment and it was incredible! Joe's Secret Valentine, which turned out to Raul, who would have thought? LOL was such a great read. Mr. Blake also has an editor and there weren't very many errors in the 2nd story, but regardless, it was definitely my favorite! I will absolutely be keeping up with this series. ITS A MUST READ all the way around (:
