“Whenever there is a problem, repeat over and over: All is well. Everything is working out for my highest good. Out of this situation only good will come. I am safe.”
In this healing tour de force, best-selling authors Louise L. Hay and Dr. Mona Lisa Schulz have teamed up for an exciting reexamination of the quintessential teachings from Heal Your Body. All Is Well brings together Louise’s proven affirmation system with Mona Lisa’s knowledge of both medical science and the body’s intuition to create an easy-to-follow guide for health and well-being. And, for the first time ever, they present scientific evidence showing the undeniable link between the mind and body that makes these healing methods work.
Bringing focus and clarity to the effects of emotions on the body, All Is Well separates the body into seven distinct groups of organs—or emotional centers—that are connected by their relationship to certain emotions. Structured around these emotional centers, the authors outline common imbalances and probable mental causes for physical illness. They also include case studies that show a complete program for healing that draws from all disciplines, including both traditional and alternative medicine, affirmations, nutritional changes, and so much more.
Using the self-assessment quiz, the holistic health advice, and an expanded version of Louise’s original affirmation chart, you can learn how to heal your mind and body with affirmations and intuition and live a balanced, healthy life.

All Is Well - Heal Your Body with Medicine, Affirmations and Intentions Louise L Hay and Mona Lisa Schulz, MD, PhD. The book begins with an introduction from Louise Hay, followed by a chapter where Dr. Schulz tells of her long history using Louise’s affirmations, and her later discovery that she is a medical intuitive. While both of these talented women utilize intuition in the practice of holistic healing, Dr. Schulz also brings medical and psychiatric training and knowledge to the table. These styles combined offer a comprehensive, and yet easily understood guide to initial self-diagnosis, followed by medical diagnostic options, prescription medications, herbs, vitamins, acupuncture, Chinese herbs and of course, healing affirmations. Chapter 2 is a deceptively brief, and yet accurate Self-Assessment Quiz. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical when I first began answering the questions with a “yes” or “no” response. I kept thinking this was just a little too much like the “cure-all” quizzes found in many women’s magazines. When I finished the assessment and tallied my score as directed, well, I realized that I was very wrong. The diagnostics are based on seven emotional centers of the body and how our illnesses, physical, emotional and mental are connected to these centers. A full chapter is devoted to each one of them, with explanations of correlating emotions, physical ailments and affected organs. Each chapter also includes case studies which are extreme cases of people with a range of illnesses within a particular emotional center. The illnesses covered, range from headaches, digestive issues and achy joints, to life-threatening cancers and debilitating auto-immune illnesses. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is open to all modalities of healing, and who wants to feel better and lead a healthier lifestyle. There is an expanded version of Louise Hay’s wonderful chart of ailments, possible causes and healing affirmations, as well as a full bibliography for further exploration. I received this book free of charge from Hay House Publishing for the purpose of reviewing it.
I suspected that I was missing the 'joy of life' in my mind and body. I was looking for some insight for my personal health issues along with gaining some affirmations. I was very excited to find that this book was exactly what I was looking for. I have a better understanding of the power of the mind, body and spirit. I'm sharing it with my family and friends!
I’m pleased to find out, after taking the All Is Well Self-Assessment Quiz in chapter two, that my body and lifestyle are relatively healthy. The self-assessment quiz consists of yes or no questions, divided into seven sections. It’s interesting to read about emotional centers, and how our mental and physical lifestyles effect our emotions and body. After taking the quiz, you’re able to search the chapters that deal with each section, explaining why you might have these issues and how to relieve them. A great book to guide you to have a better balanced and healthy life, mind and body. This book makes a nice addition to your holistic bookshelf, or given to a friend wishing to improve his/her mental and physical body.
