Did you ever think that cooking could be this easy? The recipes are broken down into easy to accomplish sub-recipes and steps. The recipe pictures show detailed plating of the recipes.  The recipes in the book are of course All-Natural fish recipes. It was interesting the author dropped one beef recipe in the end of the book. There are plenty of appetizer recipes and a few salads but, most of the book revolves around the dinner plate. All pictures are FULL color and there are around 100 recipes. There are ICON guides at the beginning of every recipe which inform you that they are categorized as "natural", "seafood", "Gluten free", "pure ingredients". While we found the book beautiful, it was jam-packed with healthy living information. Living Gluten free, cooking for kids and Nature's TOP healthy food lists were great reading. Anyone that can dream of cooking healthy can imagine themselves using this book.

We have read chef Michael's cookbooks for years now. He now delves into the writing recipes that are Caribbean-centric yet all have a healthy tilt. Chef Michael Bennett writes literally what he loves to cook. After traveling around the Caribbean he has written a couple cookbooks that feature metropolitan-ized meals that are as healthy as they are tasty. Although the recipes are tropically-exotic, the foods are easily bought here in the USA. He has brought the FLAVOR profiles of the Caribbean to American seafood dishes.Many pages are beautifully illustrated with photos of the finished plates. You can tell by reading the recipes he makes this as simple as possible by breaking the recipes up into easy to accomplish sub-recipes. The final plate is accomplished by putting all the sub-recipes on one plate.This book is for everyone that wants to cook healthier for their family.
