The New Atkins book not only gives you information about the three phases of "how to" lose on the Atkins plan, but it mentions over 50 studies that are scientifically based to "back up" this innovative plan. I have other Atkins books (recipes) and after reading this one, I felt like it motivated me once again to follow the plan and lose weight. This is not a high-fat protein plan, but one you can stick to for a lifetime (lots of vegetables, salads, etc.). Try it for yourself and change the way you diet forever.
