In Alma sin edad, Thomas Moore proposes a distinct vision of the final stage of life: our body can age, but our soul is eternal. Using Greek myths, psychology, and historical studies, the author presents a guide to live old age as a transformative experience: a surprising combination that embodies energy, strength, creativity, maturity, and wisdom.
