Three years ago, Sue Brent proposed to Moni Kratzmann in the corridor of the Royal Flying Doctor Base. Now, with marriage equality finally the law in Australia, their wedding is on. As friends and family from near and far gather at Jayboro Outstation in outback Queensland, Moni and Sue strive to keep their wedding plans—and their lives—on track. Between well-meaning families, ex-girlfriends, and a community that wants to party, their wedding is set to be bigger than Moni’s home state of Texas. But is that what they want?
It’s a simple outback wedding. What could possibly go wrong?

Sue and Moni are finally getting married after marriage equality in Australia has been legalized. All characters from the other books from the Girl Meets Girl series make an appearance in this story. I have read and enjoyed all the books and I am thrilled to see all the characters in one book. There are wonderful conversations where we can see not only the love they have for each other but also funny moments. The end is unexpected as well as funny. It is a way to show that you don't need a big wedding with hundreds of guests and expensive dresses. All you need is love. This book is a show of friendship between six women that not even distance can destroy. It is a celebration of marriage equality in Australia. I wish it could be a paperback too so I can have the whole collection. I received an ARC for an honest review.
