Influenced by the art found in traditional Japanese poetry styles, Amaranthine is a collection of poems from Kiyo's Haiku series. Counting a hundred poems in total, both published and previously unpublished, these three-line verses are inspired by the continuous changes that happen all around us, in both nature and life.
Author's note; This "poetry only" collection gathers all the existing hundred poems from the Haiku series in text alone. Curious for the illustrated version? Check out "Amaranthine; visual poems from the Haiku series," available in print and eBook.

About the Author
Kiyo is an artist and writer from the Netherlands, who combines words with imagery to create her own publications, like her books Dreamscape and Musings from a Wildflower, and regularly updated Visual poetry and Poetic Prose stories.
Hello, and welcome; it's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Kimberly Jolanda, and I am an author, visual poet and artist from The Netherlands. Combining my passions for both art and the written word, I began sharing my Visual Poetry online under my creative nickname Kiyo, and have published a handful of books like the fully illustrated Dreamscape, featuring my artwork and poems; the first Micro Poetry collection, Musings from a Wildflower, and more recently, Amaranthine, which hold all my haiku poems till date. In the fall of 2019 I switched to using my full name due to the desire to focus more on writing stories like my free eBook, Echoes from Another Time, and am presently thrilled to be working on a compilation of various magically touched tales slated for an expected 2020 release.
