About the Author
Ted Williams was the last man to bat .400 in major league baseball, was the winner of the American League batting championship six times and, in 1966, was named to the Baseball Hall of Fame. He is now considered our country's leading sports fisherman, and co-authored, with John Underwood, Fishing "The Big Three" and his autobiography, My Turn at Bat, both published by Simon and Schuster.
