Reviewed by Trisha Dawn for Readers' Favorite In the book, Amity of the Angelmen written by T.C. Slonaker, a seventeen-year-old teenager named Amity gets followed and talked to by an angel. This has led to her knowing of the truth about her own identity: that she is not entirely human and that she is partly an angel. However, there's more to the revelation. She must deliver a message to Satan. With this new-found knowledge, Amity is thrown into an adventure she never thought possible. Along the way, she gets to find out who are the people to trust and otherwise. In this mission, she also gets to team up with a young priest named Mackenzie Abel who might or might not stand in the way of her success. When I stumbled upon Amity of the Angelmen, I was instantly attracted to it because it had all the elements I look for in a book: a supernatural being and an adventure. It didn't disappoint. I was engrossed in reading T.C. Slonaker's piece from page one until the very end and I'm even asking for more. The story itself was interesting and it was coupled with extraordinary characters who were very vital for the continuity. I felt like I was a part of the adventure as I read. Slonaker's writing will pull you in and take you along. It was also very inspiring. I think this is a very good read, not only for teenagers but for people of all ages.
