An Everyday Aussie's Guide to Discretionary Trusts

For many years my accounting and tax clients have asked for more practical information on Discretionary Trusts and I have been unable to refer them to anything that is appropriate for their needs. Whilst there are many legal and highly technical books on the subject, these are written mainly for Law Makers, Members of the Judicial system, as well as Lawyer and Accountants, there is almost nothing applicable to the everyday user. We have run seminars on this in the past but it is often difficult for attendees to remember the detail and to apply it without a point of reference. To attempt to bridge this gap, I have written this eBook "An Everyday Aussie's Guide to Discretionary Trusts".

I am planning a number of other books on both related topics and general business, once again to de-mystify and explain important concepts to Business People, Investors and the Interested user.
