It also offers a brief history of abuse and neglect among children and gives insight into the agency that is responsible for protecting children. This book was written to inspire someone to contact CPS when they suspect a child is being abused or neglected, incite rage in someone so that the person contacts the Commissioner of CPS to demand less policies and more proactive casework, or get any form of reaction that will make a person want to reach out and demand better protection for children.

Product details state there are 160 pages and I'm still looking for 100 of those pages. It reads like a term paper without the nitty gritty of the inner workings of CPS and not enough about other states
