This is one of my favorite series because it's usually light and fun but this time things got really serious and I still loved it. This is definitely the darkest book in the series, I was pulled into the story from beginning to end. We get to see how scary Mckayla can be and how important it is for Mercy to remain in control, sadly that wasn't always the case and things got out of hand. Mercy goes through a lot in this book, I hate that Sara is back, I kind of hated the boys at some point for being so blind when it came to her. One character I'm still not sure about is Sebastian, I just don't know what to think of him. I do hope that Mercy is wrong about him. There was one thing I really didn't like, I don't agree with the way things were handled at some point with Mercy and Luke, I didn't think that needed to happen in order for something else to happen (I'm not making sense, but I don't want to spoil it for anyone), still I love Luke so much, he is the sweetest thing ever! I've always been Team Luke and he was AMAZING for most of the book, however, there's a complication with Flynn that now has me torn, though make no mistake, in this book we know for sure who Mercy's heart belongs to. I love the Mercy universe! I enjoyed this book so much and I absolutely loved the surprising ending! Even though it made me cried, I understand that things had to happen the way they did, but that cliffhanger is torture! Waiting for Mercy and Mckayla is going to kill me!

I just finished the last page of this phenomenal book and OMG did i love it! Shannon you really brought out all of my emotions for this one. I was lifted high into the clouds and then down in hell. I laughed, I cried, I was pissed of at times and when it ended it had me just staring out at nothing in chock. I must say that this series is the only one that has been able to bring out this much emotion from me. I am just inlove with the story and all the charachters that it´s a pain everytime i read the last page of one of these books. It means that I have to wait to get another glimpse into their story. Angel of Mercy is by far the most emotional of the books in this series in my opinion. It just feels raw and it was hard not to be swept away in Mercys emotions. Mercy is such a lovable charachter and she has to deal with so many things. Everything she felt, I felt too. In my world that´s what I call good writing.  Mercy, Luke, Flynn and the rest of the gang is in for hardship in this book and we get to follow them through it all. A lot of questions are answered but also some new questions pop up that I truly hope we get answered.  The most hartbreaking of all is the love triangle of Mercy, Luke and Flynn. I love both of the guys and so it´s hard to choose wich one I wanted Mercy to end up with. This book ended with a huge cliffhanger so I will be utterly disapointed if we don´t get a book four! Please Shannon! I don´t want to write more since I am very keen on not spoling anything for you guys but one last thing I can say is you will absolutely love this emotional rollercoster of a book!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I am in awe of how Shannon tops each book she writes in this series. Another addicting and sexy addition. Shannon Dermott's Cambions Series has become one of my all time favourites. With each book in the series, Shannon weaves together scorching sexual tension, hot romance, a cast of unforgettable characters, and a mind-blowing plot. The Cambions Series books are unputdownable and Angel of Mercy is no exception. I love the characters in this series. Mercy is so real. She makes mistakes and deals with what her crazy life throws at her so well. She is probably one of my all time favourite heroines. And her boys...Flynn, Luke, Sebastion, and Paul. *Sighs* Yeah, that hot. I love each one of them but Flynn is my ultimate choice for Mercy. I'm really hoping to get a HEA with him! He is the ultimate bad boy with a heart. Swoonworthy to a fault! Shannon is also a queen of cliffhangers! HOLY HELL, what an ending! I think I might still be in shock! But I trust that everything does happen for a reason! This book is phenomenal, as with the others, and if you haven't read this series then you seriously need to grab Beg for Mercy and start. You won't regret it! *Copy provided by author in exchange for an honest review.*

Wow, yet again! Being so eager for the release of this book, I flew through it quite fast and wanted to reread it before I put together a more coherent review... I can easily say that Shannon did not disappoint with this installment of the Cambion series! Mercy's story continued with even more plot twists and a plentiful amount of "pulling our heartstrings." I really felt for Flynn in this book. As I was constantly reminded of how much I love him and why he is such a great match for Mercy. While Mercy herself, baffled and surprised me with some of her choices. As emotions ran high and some scenes didn't pan out as I had hoped (due to my character favoritism), I know I wouldn't be as enticed if there weren't these dilemmas and multiple love interests to keep me on the edge of my seat. It was an excellent read; loved it! Based off of how this book went, I am still not quite sure how the story will turn out. With a story that continues to grow and surprise me with each installment, I need to find out what happens next! As Shannon has known how she wants to story to end up, since early on, I am extremely excited and ready to see where she will take us! It kind of saddens me to know that there is an end coming though; continuously hooked in and wanting more! Luckily we have Shannon's much loved POVs and bonus scenes to carry us through the time between book installments. (CHECK THEM OUT!) They tie in more parts to the whole story and give us even more insight to the individual characters!

Spoilers for previous books Angel of Mercy was probably my most anticipated book this year, after Waiting for Mercy ended on quite the cliffhanger, and it was so worth the wait. It brought out all kinds of emotions within me, and completely shocked me to my core. I was just numb when I finished.  It begins two weeks after WFM left off. Mercy is sitting her SAT's and just can't concentrate, still hung up on the fact that Flynn almost died. I was so glad to see him up and about, and really enjoyed our first encounter back into their antagonism.  But as the book continued, it was plain to see that Flynn had changed. Gone was the happy go lucky guy I loved, and in his place was a guy who was seriously hurting and trying to hide it by being mean. He's also not recovering from his injury, which with his incubus healing, should be gone by now.  I felt the tone of this book was darker than the previous two. There are several attempts on Mercy's life by the hunters, and things are not helped by Sara, who spreads her discord throughout the house, and tries to break up Luke and Mercy. Mercy's mother turns completely against Luke, and everyone else it seems when Mercy finds herself living back in her old house with her mother, away from Flynn and David.  Sebastian unfortunately doesn't spend too much time with us in this book, and I'm really curious as to what he was up to. But there's a tie in apparently with one of Shannon's other series, and we can find out there. I really need to get around to picking up Alliance. There was an interesting revelation about him made by Mercy's mother though which was quite juicy.  As usual, with these books, there's a lot goes on. Mercy is kept in the dark by her mother about of a lot of stuff, and the reader is also left shrouded in this mystery, but I felt we found out a lot of interesting stuff in this one, and now with mention of a prophecy too, I'm so intrigued.  Events leading up to the ending of this book just turned my emotions upside down and left me shocked and stunned. And while Shannon had told us it was going to happen to someone, I still felt like I'd been hit by a truck when it did. I so wasn't ready for it. I feel people have been changed in ways that can't be undone, leaving me to think that the tone of book 4, may become darker yet.
